A 77-YEAR-OLD woman is in hospital after she was hit by a car at a retail park.
The woman, who sustained a fractured femur, was hit by a VW Golf outside Marks and Spencer at Teesside Retail Park, just before 9.40am on Monday.
She remains in a stable condition in James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.
The driver of the Golf, a man in his 80s, is assisting police with inquiries.
