AN historic property has been transformed into a magical wonderland with a combination of light, colour and sound.
Enchanted Belsay showcases Belsay Hall, Castle and Gardens, near Morpeth, in Northumberland.
A series of light installations, create an immersive experience at the English Heritage property, with visitors able to explore an after-dark trail through the gardens.
A free shuttle bus service is being provided from Ponteland town to Belsay Hall.
This year’s sessions run with a choice of four time slots between 4.30pm and 7.30pm on Thursdays to Sundays until December 22.
To add to the festive glow there will be mulled wine and marshmallows in Belsay’s Stable Yard, a fairground ride and Christmas gifts on sale in the shop.
Tickets cost £12 for adults (£8 for English Heritage members); £7.50 for children aged five to 17 (£5 members) and £31.60 for families (£21 for members).
Under-fives can be brought along for free but they will still require a ticket.
