ROADS: The are problems on the A1 heading north
TWO separate crashes on the A1 heading north caused problems for people on the roads this afternoon.
One lane was between junction 59 for the A167 at Aycliffe and junction 60 for the A689 at Bradbury at around 12.40pm.
Shortly afterwards police dealt with a crash at junction 68 for Lobley Hill, near to the Team Valley turnoff, in Gateshead.
