AN ACCLAIMED musician and author is making an appearance at a radical bookshop in the region.
County Durham Jez Lowe will be reading extracts from his novel The Dillen Doll and performing songs from his album during the appearance at The Peoples Bookshop, in Durham.
The album of the same name features traditional songs from the North-East, inspired by the novel, which is set at the turn of the 19th century.
He will be there on Sunday, November 4 at 4pm.
