DETECTIVES investigating a robbery at a bookmakers have made an arrest.
A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a robbery at William Hill bookmakers in Sixth Street, Horden, near Peterlee, at about 7.30pm on Saturday evening.
He is currently in custody and is being questioned by officers.
- Anyone with information relating to the robbery is asked to contact Durham Police on 101, quoting incident number 419 of October 6.
