AN ANNUAL campaign to support people to stay warm this winter began yesterday.
Cleveland Fire Brigade's Stay Safe and Warm campaign involves people being offered a free home assessment and then the ability to loan electric heaters, thermal blankets and flasks. The brigade will also offer referrals for fuel bill advice or where funding is available, referrals for free boiler repairs or replacements.
The scheme runs until the end of March.
