RACIALLY aggravated threats made to a taxi driver are being investigated by police who are now appealing to trace a man to assist with enquiries.
A man was dropped off after he became aggressive towards a taxi driver and began threatening him, before making off without paying.
The alleged hate crime took place at around 8.15pm on Monday, August 6, when a man got into the taxi on Stockton High Street and was dropped off in Ingleby Barwick.
Cleveland Police are now urging anyone who knows the identity of the man pictured to contact PC Robert Brown via non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 144477.
