CHILTON Town Council has advised allotment holders to be vigilant and to tighten up security following reports of thefts from a site in the town. The council said West Chilton Terrace Allotments have been targeted by thieves. Tenants are asked to lock the main gates and report any suspicious activity to the police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800-555111.
