A BAND will be performing their farewell tour at one fo the regions' community art centres.
Eddie & the Hot Rods plus special guests: The Thieves, will perform at The Witham, in Barnard Castle, on Saturday, September 15.
The band having a farewell tour of the UK after touring Europe and the USA extensively over the years and performed at some of the big venues such as the 02 Arena.
Their biggest hit was Do Anything You Wanna Do which still receives good airplay on national radio.
Special Guests are the Bishop Auckland indie/ MOD band The Thieves, who will perform a mix of covers as well as their own songs, written by Frankie Dobson.
The Thieves list Eddie & the Hot Rods as one of their most influential bands and Mr Dobson will celebrate his 16th birthday the weekend of the show.
