Cleveland Police were informed of the death in Italy of Middlesbrough man Tom Haycock
A MAN from the region has died following a road accident in Italy over the weekend.
Tom Haycock, 29, from Middlesbrough, was killed in the crash at about 3.30am on Saturday.
Cleveland Police confirmed it had been informed of the fatal collision by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), which had been informed by Italian police who attended the scene.
The nature and location of the crash are not yet known.
