WHAT do you do when you drop your phone in the snow and can't find it?
Well you call a metal detectorist or more accurately Kevin Nicholson from Crook, County Durham.
"My dad is a metal detectorist in his spare time," said his daughter Meghan.
"He received a phone call from his childhood neighbour Harold, whose grandson Paul Chaurley lost his mobile phone on Willington football field.
"My dad went out onto the field yesterday with his DFX metal detector and eventually found the phone, which was still working despite being deep in snow overnight in sub-zero temperatures."
