DETECTIVES want to hear from anyone who believes they have been the victim of a man accused of a spate of threatening incidents in recent weeks.
A 42-year-old has been charged with making threats to kill following a number of incidents in Newton Aycliffe over the last month.
He appeared before magistrates in Peterlee and was remanded into prison.
A spokesperson for Durham police said: "South Durham CID are appealing now to other victims to come forward to help each other and ensure the offender faces the court for all offences he has committed.
"They are aware a number of people were monitoring the outcome to see if he was taken off the streets, he has been."
Anyone with information can contact South Durham CID, by calling Durham Constabulary on 101.
