GRAEME Storm has maintained his recent fine run of form by shooting a superb 65 in the first round of the Scottish Open.
The Hartlepool golfer is currently tied for the lead on six-under-par at Loch Lomond, along with his playing partner, American Phil Mickelson, and Dane Soren Hansen.
Storm claimed his maiden European Tour success in France two weekends ago, a victory that earned him a place in next week's Open Championship at Carnoustie.
And after carding a bogey-free round earlier today, the North-Easterner could yet be enjoying an even greater triumph at Loch Lomond over the next three days.
