A MAN with a spider's web tattoo on his neck is wanted for questioning by police about a sex attack in the region.
The man pounced on a 41-year-old woman, pushed her up against an all alleyway gate and indecently assaulted her.
The victim who managed to wriggle free, has described her attacker as about 6ft, white, clean shaven, with a thin, pale face, short, dark brown hair and brown eyes. He is aged about 30 and his spider's web tattoo is on the left side of his neck.
The assault occurred in Bedford Street, Stockton, at about 11.20pm on Friday.
