YOUNG performers will take to the stage after two separate weeks of intensive coaching in the performing arts.

They will be directed by John Hudson and his team at All Saints Church Hall, Cleadon Village, between South Shields and Sunderland, from Monday, July 30.

A musician and singing teacher, Mr Hudson and his wife, Elissa, run Tyneside Stage School, Durham Stage School and Washington Stage School.

They are the creative team behind Customs House productions such as Back To The 80s, Barnum and Blitz and productions of The Wiz, The Demon Headmaster at the Gala Theatre.

A separate programme of events takes place the following week. Both courses end with a performance for families and friends of the students.

Students aged five to 17 are welcome, with no previous experience is necessary. For more information, contact Mr Hudson on 07939-513020, or website www. johnhudsonmusic.co.uk
