POLICE are trying to track down a customer who may be a key witness to a failed armed robbery.
The customer was in a store in Guisborough, east Cleveland, during a raid on Tuesday night.
The woman, aged 16 to 20, about 5ft 6in and with long dark hair, was seen on the Park Lane Store's CCTV system when the incident took place, at 9.45pm.
A teenager entered the store armed with a kitchen knife and demanded the assistant hand over the till. When she refused, he pulled it to the floor and fled empty handed, along Allison Road.

A 14-year-old has been arrested and released on police bail.
