PRESERVING summer flowers is the subject of a workshop to be held at Kiplin Hall, Scorton, near Richmond, on June 29.
Led by Caroline Harvey, the workshop looks at preserving plants, making fragrant posies and potpourri. The workshop runs from 10am to 4pm, and costs £25. Early booking is advised. Call 01748-818178.
