NEW Newcastle United manager Sam Allardyce will be making a swift return to former club Bolton Wanderers on the opening day of the Premiership season.
The Magpies will travel to the Reebok Stadium on August 11, meaning an emotional reunion for Allardyce.
Premiership new boys Sunderland will host Tottenham Hotspur at the Stadium of Light in their top flight curtain-raiser.
Middlesbrough are also at home on the opening day as they welcome Mark Hughes' Blackburn.
The Teessiders will host Wear-Tees rivals Sunderland on September 22, whilst Newcastle will meet the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light on November 10.
Boro are also at home to Newcastle on August 25.Darlington open their League Two campaign at home to Wrexham on August 11, while Hartlepool's return to League One sees Danny Wilson's men travel to Luton Town on the opening day.
