THREE people have been injured in a two car smash at town centre cross roads.
A 58-year-old man, the driver of a Kia motor car, sustained concussion and his 58-year-old woman passenger, whiplash injuries, in the crash which happened at the junction of Queen Street and Lobster Road, Redcar, on Tuesday night.
Both the 18-year-old woman driver of a Nissan Micra - the other car involved - and her 16-year-old passenger suffered whiplash injuries.
The Micra was travelling west along Queen Street as it approached the junction when it was in collision with the Kia which was travelling on Lobster Road.
