FIVE people were left with minor injuries after a 48-seater coach left the A171 near the North Yorkshire coast, leaving some on board with minor injuries.
On Saturday, June 11, the coach was heading towards Scarborough when it left the road near Cloughton Bank as it travelled on a weekend excursion to the east coast from Southport, at about 4.50pm.
North Yorkshire Police say four passengers and the driver sustained minor injuries in the crash and were taken to Scarborough Hospital and released later that same evening.
Officers would now like to speak to anyone with any information about the incident, or who saw the coach prior to the crash. They are asked to contact the police on 101, press 2 and ask to speak to TC283 Gareth Gilleard, quoting reference number 12160102672 when passing on information.
