A 20-year-old man has been charged after an incident in Norton, near Stockton, yesterday.
The man willl appear at Teesside Magistrates Court, in Middlesbrough today, charged with aggravated burglary, battery, five counts of criminal damage, affray, witness intimidation, possession of an offensive weapon and trespass.
Cleveland Police were called to Somerset Road, off Norton Avenue, Norton, at around 11.30am on Wednesday after reports of a man allegedly carrying a weapon.
