A HOTEL on the historic island of Holy Island off the Northumberland coast is up for sale with a price tag in excess of £795,000.
The Manor House Hotel was once the summer home of the lord of several local manors in the area and stands adjacent to Lindisfarne Priory. It also boasts magnificent views of the harbour and the 16th century Lindisfarne Castle.
The ten bedroomed property is being marketed by Christie and Co in Newcastle.
Mark Worley, of Christie and Co, said: “It represents an extremely rare opportunity to purchase a prime located hotel in a highly desirable tourist destination.”
Bids in excess of £795,000 for the freehold interest are being invited.
