BIKERS are invited to fuel up and hit the road on a fundraising breakfast rally tomorrow.
Motorcyclists should meet at the Bay Horse pub, in Middridge, near Newton Aycliffe, at 9.15am for a breakfast bun before a mystery tour of the Durham Dales.
The rally will return to the pub at about 2pm for an auction, which will include a season ticket for Croft race circuit and signed Airwaves Ducati merchandise.
The event has been organised by Phil Robson and Ian Callaghan to raise funds for a motorbike marathon this summer.
Mr Robson, from Newton Aycliffe, and Mr Callaghan, from Darlington, will take part in the Barry Sheene Memorial Motorcycle Challenge. In nine days, they will ride nearly 2,000 miles around Europe visiting famous race tracks.
They both hope to raise more than £2,000 for children's cancer charity Clic Sargent.
