A CHARITY which helps women and children who suffer domestic violence and another that supports women and teenagers receiving cancer treatment are set to ‘benefit' from an event being held in Middlesbrough this week.
Staff working for Benefit Cosmetic in the House of Fraser Store in Middlesbrough have organised a charity night at The Dickens Inn, Southfield Road, on Thursday, June 4, from 7pm to midnight.
Anyone is welcome to attend the ‘Bold and Beautiful’ event which is being staged to raise money for Refuge, a charity which empowers women and children who experience domestic violence to rebuild their lives; and Look Good Feel Good, a charity which helps women and teenagers combat the visible side effects of cancer treatment.
The event at The Dickens will include a disco, raffle, auction and photo-booth.
Tickets, priced £6, can be bought on the door on the evening.
