Juniors from Aycliffe squash club have all had a major boost after main club sponsor Holiways FORD of Aycliffe Industrial Estate gave them new T-shirts to play in. A selection of the club juniors with their parents, accepted an invitation from Holiways Director, Mr Duncan Robson, to visit their brand new showroom and accept their new shirts. The juniors brought with them cups and trophies they have won over the last season and had an enjoyable time looking at the new cars on display.

The club has junior teams at under 11, 13, 15 and 17 with new juniors joining all the time. Coaching night for juniors is on a Tuesday evening at the Oak Leaf Sports Complex with England Squash Level 4, Elite coach Bill West is on hand to coach juniors from absolute beginners from 16.00 - 17.00, intermediate and improvers from 17.00 - 18.00 and a last session from 18.00 for junior advanced coaching. The club also has four men's' teams and one ladies team playing in the Durham and Cleveland squash leagues. The club is renowned for its friendliness and development of juniors who want to get fit and have a good time in a warm and safe environment. New players, young and old, irrespective of ability or fitness levels are always made very welcome at the cub and details of coaching for adults, juniors or lady only sessions can be found by ringing the complex on 01325 300600.
