Under 13's 3 - 0 Brinkburn Goalscorers; Sweet 2, Hookway M.o.m; Bradley Simpson Report;; A fantastic result against a team 4 points above us before the game. Playing with the wind 1st half Allstars created plenty of chances and went in at half time 2 - 0 thanks to goals from Hookway and Sweet , second half we changed formation playing 5 at the back to defend the 2 nil lead playing against the wind . The under 13's were fantastic in the second half our goalkeeper did not have a save to make , 10 minutes from time Sweet scored his second and our third Allstars winning 3 - 0 m.o.m going to Bradley Simpson for his work rate in midfield, but one great team performance, well done.

Under 10's 0 - 1 Leven fc MOM James Young Report Under 10 21st Allstars sponsored by Steve Robson Flooring played away at Leven A.F.C. Allstars started the game kicking against what can only be described as a gale force wind, we found it hard to break out of our own half due to the wind but we defended resolutely. 10 minutes in Leven's scored when a goal mouth scramble ended up with the ball in the back of the net. Allstars battled on to end the first half 1-0 down. Second half neither team gave an inch, but by this time the wind had died down a lot. Allstars created some excellent chances but leven's goalie was not going to be beaten. Allstars defended well today and thanks to James Young's Man of the Match performance in goal. Final Score 1-0.

Under 9 Colts 3 - 1 St John's Juniors GOALSCORERS: Kieran Stannard 2 , Caleb Padurariu M.O.M: Kieran Stannard REPORT: The strong performances of the last two weeks were finally rewarded with a win - despite the weather. A strong gale affected the play for both sides but Allstars made the most of the wind behind their tails with three first half goals. Kieran Stannard opened the scoring after 8 minutes following good passing with Caleb Padurariu, and two minutes later Stannard returned the favour with Caleb hitting the net - excellent teamwork. Before the break Stannard scored again, this time George Mills laying on the chance.

The second half was harder against the wind but chances still kept coming with a strike from Sam Boulton from outside the box being the best clear shot of the game, but St John's kept it out. St John's pulled a goal back from a corner, rebounding into the net, but Allstars were just too strong.

Excellent performances from Chris Jary, captain Robin Dell and midfield debutant Sam Boulton. Man of the match was Kieran Stannard for unselfish play along with Caleb Padurariu and scoring two goals.

Second game - loss 1-0 The second game was shorter with Allstars still on top up but St John's snatched a goal with the wind in their favour, due to poor marking. The game was disrupted with stoppages for injuries which did Allstars no favours. Plenty of chances were made but not put away and a second half penalty save denied the draw. Man of the Match was Matthew Nesbitt-Reay for committed and sensible play.

Under 11's 1 - 2 Kader Goalscorer;Ward M.o.m;Zach Fluen Allstars U11s A sponsored by Rowells gents hairdressers were away in the cup to Kader.It was a game of two halfs with atrocious conditions making it very difficult for both teams.Allstars had the wind behind them in the first half and on 15 minutes Josh Ward put them ahead with a well taken goal.The second half saw Allstars creating some good chances,but could not break down a strong Kader defence.Soon Kader got the score level and with 5 minutes remaining got the winner.Allstars pressed hard but a determined and battleing Kader side held on.Allstars M.O.M went to Zach Fluen.

Allstars u9's 3 - 2 Newton Aycliffe.

Goalscorers;Parker , Rees, Macdonald' M.o.m;Alexander Nelson The wind was howling, the snow was coming, the Match was on but was going to be very difficult against the wind. Allstars started with the wind behind them and had all the pressure, but the ball would just not go in the net. There continued to be none stop pressure but the deadlock could not be broken.

The Second half was going to be difficult for the Allstars playing into the wind. The game was back underway and a great passing move down the middle lead to a lovely finish by David Parker Allstars in the lead. Straight after the restart Aycliffe broke through Allstars defence and the were level. Allstars came back again and a great passing move again ended with a great finish by Lewis Rees. Soon after a third goal was slotted into the back of the net by Lewis MacDonald. Allstars 3 - 1 up, then came another quick break by Ayclife and it was back to 3 - 2, There were 5 minutes left and Aycliffe had most of the possession, could allstars hold on. A passing move by Aycliffe ended with the ball beating the keeper it was running into the net but it was cleared off the line by Nathan Stephenson to save the goal. The Final whistle went and Allstars got the victory, 3 - 2 Man of the match Alexander Nelson.
