The following applications have been submitted to Teesdale District Council:
BIGGER HOMES: Approval is being sought for four house extensions at Mount Pleasant, in Cockfield; The Annums, Bowes; Balder Cottage, in Cotherstone, and The Oval, in Stainton Grove.
FARM REQUEST: Councillors are being asked to approve a certificate of lawful use for buildings and land at Chapel Farm, Butterknowle.
CATTLE HOUSE: Permission is being sought to build a livestock building at Hill Top Farm, Winston.
