POLICE are keeping an open mind after the death of a teenager who was found injured in a street.
Wayne Mark Wright suffered a head injury during an incident on Saturday, in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.
The 19-year-old, from the Stockwell Estate, in the town, was injured at about 5.30pm.
He is thought to have suffered the injury in Stockwell Road, outside Castle Junior School.
It is not known if Mr Wright was attacked or on his own and had simply tripped over.
He was found outside the school, taken to Harrogate District Hospital for treatment, then transferred to Leeds General Infirmary, where he died on Monday.
A police spokesman said: "Until we get more information, or until witnesses come forward, we cannot say if it was murder or not."
Witnesses are asked to call 0845-60-60-247.
