A 55-YEAR old man was attacked with snowballs by a large group of teenagers before being physically assaulted by one of them.
The victim was attacked at the foot and cycle pathway near Stainton Way in Middlesbrough at around 5.30pm on Sunday, January 18.
Around 12 males in their mid to late teens threw snowballs at the man who tried to leave the area, but slipped on the snow and fell to the ground. When he got to his feet he was punched in the face by one of them.
