A MAN has been charged after allegedly dropping his trousers and acting aggressively towards a press photographer.
The incident is said to have happened at Consett Magistrates Court on Wednesday, November 12, and Steven Henley has been charged with a public order offence.
Henley, 33, of Ritsons Road, Blackhill, Consett, is due before the court on Thursday, December 18.
He was charged on Wednesday (December 3) evening, following his arrest by police in the town.
Henley is also charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance.
The motoring offences related to allegations of a short police chase in Consett on Wednesday night.
The incident started near the Villa Real roundabout area and end on Ashdale Road, near Consett Magistrates Court.
