A 28-YEAR-OLD father died of a heart attack partly caused by alcoholic liver disease, an inquest heard today, Tuesday, September 9.
Ian Mann, of Allerton Close in Hartlepool, was found by his partner slumped on the sofa on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 15. He was taken to the accident and emergency unit at the University Hospital of North Tees in Stockton where he was declared dead. Malcolm Donnelly, assistant coroner at Middlesbrough coroner's court, concluded that Mr Mann died due to natural causes.
