One of the top young duos on the folk music scene will be playing in Reeth Memorial Hall on Friday, May 2, on their ‘Farewell for now tour’!
Sam Sweeney and Hannah James were originally part of foursome, Kerfuffle.
Sam now performs with several bands, including Bellowhead, singing and playing an astonishing number of wind, stringed and percussion instruments and was nominated as Best Musician at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards 2013-4.
Hannah sings, plays accordion and is a clog dance champion!
Tickets are £10 in advance, £12 on the door, under 16s half price on sale at Reeth Post Office or contact John Little 01748 884759.
The concert starts at 8pm and all profits are for the refurbishment of the Memorial Hall.
