DURHAM Cathedral will host a special day of prayer this weekend (Saturday, March 29).
A Day to Pray will be held at Prior’s Hall as part of the cathedral’s Lent programme on Saturday.
There will be guidance on how to pray and what to pray for.
Speakers include nave canon Rosalind Brown, canon Stephen Cherry and Fiona Fidgin.
The event runs from 10am to 3pm. Entry is free, but donations of £10 would be welcome. Tea and coffee will be provided but participants should take their own lunch.
