FIRE-FIGHTERS battled for two hours today to bring a major oil fire at a waste processing plant under control.
Crews were called to Premier Waste Management in Salters Lane, Shotton Colliery, County Durham, just after 4pm.
It took 16 fire-fighters wearing breathing apparatus around two hours to bring the blaze under control.
