Police are holding a public meeting for people in Ebchester to discuss concerns about crime at Ebchester Community Centre on Wednesday, May 1, from 6pm-7pm.
The meeting will be attended by a representative from the neighbourhood policing team and will be specific to the area.
Individual neighbourhood priorities will be discussed. All members of the community are welcome.
GET FIT: A gentle exercise class for older people is held at Citizens House, Station Yard, Consett, on Thursdays at 10am. Taking part costs £1.50 per session.

VISITING BAND: The USA Western Territory Staff Songster Brigade is playing in the area on Wednesday, June 5.
They will perform a short choral programme in Durham Cathedral from 1.15pm to 2pm. That evening they will perform a choral programme at the Empire Theatre in Consett at 7pm. Tickets costing £6 can be booked by calling 01207-218171.
