COMIC Richard Herring has joined the line-up at this year's Stockton Weekender music festival.
One half of double act Lee & Herring, he will be previewing his latest solo show, 'We're All Going To Die' ahead of an appearance at the Edinburgh Festival.
The festival on Saturday July 27 and Sunday 28 is being headlined by Primal Scream and Dexy's (formerly Dexy's Midnight Runners) and will see 50 acts play across four stages.
The Georgian Theatre, in Stockton, will also stage a day of alternative music on the Saturday, with free entry to all.
Organisers Teesside Music Alliance are encouraging people to book early and take advantage of early bird prices.
Tickets are on sale now at early bird prices of £25 a day, £35 for the weekend and £70 for camping. Ticket prices will increase by £5 from May 1 onwards.
As in previous years each adult ticket entitles the holder to two free under 14s tickets.
