POLICE investigating an armed robbery in Brompton, near Northallerton, have released CCTV footage and images of the suspect.
The incident took place at Brompton Stores on Northallerton Road just before 4.30pm on Monday.
The man is described as white, around 6ft tall with a slim build.
Detective Sergeant Graeme Bevington, of Northallerton CID, said: “I am asking you to take a look at the CCTV footage and images and contact the police if you recognise the man.”
Anyone who can assist with this investigation is urged to contact Northallerton CID on 101, select option two and ask for Graeme Bevington.
