CHARITY PRAISED: An adoption service run by Barnardo’s in the North-East has been judged as outstanding for its quality of service to adopters by Ofsted. The Chester-le-Street based service works all over the North-East recruiting, training and approving potential adopters. It was judged as a “good” adoption agency overall that “provides an outstanding quality of service to the adopters it approves and supports and the children placed with them”.
