WEST End star Ruthie Henshall will discuss her career and perform some of her best known songs in an intimate North-East concert.
Ms Henshall is staging her first regional tour and will reach Durham City’s Gala Theatre on Saturday, February 16, for a date titled: An Intimate Evening with Ruthie Henshall.
The 45-year-old London-born star is promising to lead the audience on a musical journey through her career, from working with Lionel Bart to appearing in Chicago on Broadway, from starring in Les Miserables to winning an Olivier award.
Ms Henshall will also discuss her life and share anecdotes.
There will be a wide range of music, from the great American songbook to contemporary tunes.
