Craft workshops with a difference are taking place at Durham’s Museum of Archaeology this Saturday with ‘Brilliant Bones’ sessions running between 1pm and 3pm.
Children aged between five and 11 are invited to take part in the fun and educational afternoon of bone-themed crafts, which will include making an x-ray to take home.

The renovation project at Rockliffe Hall in Hurworth has seen the addition of a walk-in wine cellar and an overhaul of the Orangery restaurant.
Capacity has also been increased in the Orangery meaning it can offer a lunch menu, Monday to Friday, for the first time since opening in 2009.
