COLLECTORS are invited to show off their hobby at a special event being held at a railway museum.
Locomotion: The National Railway Museum at Shildon is to host a local collectors day.
Several local collectors will showcase their own collections including model traction engines, badges, football shirts, retro games consoles, military medals and mechanical bygones.
Staff at the museum are keen to attract local people who wish to show off their collections during the event.
The local collectors day is on Sunday, February 10, with doors open between 10am and 4pm with free entry.
Anyone wanting to display at the event should contact Simon Smalley, at the museum, on 01388-771445 or simon.smalley@durham.gov.uk.
