TWO men appeared at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates Court in County Durham today (Wednesday, December 19) charged with possession with intent to supply 446 grams of cannabis - a class B drug.
Gary Kevin Thexton, 28, of Wear Terrace, Witton-le-Wear, near Bishop Auckland, and Charles Cliff, 34, of Tweed Road, Spennymoor, were committed to Durham Crown Court on January 21.
No pleas were entered and both men received unconditional bail.
