MORRIS On 28th March 2024, Kay Morris, sadly passed away at the age of 54, surrounded by her loved ones. Kay, who devoted 26 years of her life to nursing, bravely fought cancer for over 3 years. Kay was a loving wife to Brian, devoted mother to Liam and Abbie, a much loved daughter to Rose and Geoff, loved sister to Claire and Angela, loving aunt and great-aunt, lifelong friend to Karen and inspiration to many more. Family and friends are invited to meet for a service at St Pauls Church, Hunwick on Monday 8th April at 1:45pm. This will be followed by a cremation at Wear Valley Crematorium for family only, before refreshments and the celebration of Kay's life at Hunwick WMC. Family flowers only, however there will be a donation box at Hunwick WMC in aid of Breast Cancer Now, a charity close to Kay's heart.
