BALMER George (farmer), aged 88 years of Copley Bent, Butterknowle, died peacefully in hospital on June 6. Much loved brother to Mary and Kath and the late Harry and Ronnie, dear brother-in-law to Len, will be greatly missed by his nephew Nigel and a very dear uncle and great-uncle. Funeral Service at St Mary’s Church, Staindrop, on Monday, June 16, at 1.30pm., followed by interment in Staindrop Cemetery. Friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only please, if desired donations may be given for St. Mary’s Church, Staindrop.
