With all year round residency these luxurious lodges are a perfect second home from which to explore the nearby National Parks and also a potential investment for you to earn an income for the weeks and weekends you're not there to enjoy it for yourself. Property Management Upon completion of your holiday home, the property will be managed by a carefully selected management company. They will be responsible for the collection of your Lodge pitch fees, service charges and liaising with the chosen rental marketing agent. The basic service charge will cover maintenance of the communal areas and the site generally.

There will also be a list of additional services provided to each owner should they so require them. These involve certification of all gas, water and electric utilities. They also provide a comprehensive list of cleaning, WI-FI and electrical services.

The Developer The Developers of Wenning River Lodges has over 20 years of owning, buying and developing Parks throughout the North West of England. All parks are carefully selected on their location and setting. They understand the importance of all aspects of buying a holiday home whether it be for personal use or as an investment.

Lodge Specifications Each purchaser will have the opportunity to select flooring type throughout the lodge, as well as fixtures and fittings for each of the bedrooms and blinds for all other areas to the preferred choice at an extra cost.
