They long for the day they can go their
own way
No longer to play a part in the UK
They’re yearning to quit: to renounce
being Brit.
They insist on their right to be “Scotland
Forever” again.

Well, we’d like them to know that
they’re welcome to go
Their attitude showing they’re still the
old foe
So, at last, a divorce; no one wishes to
force
Caledonians to drag out a union they
see as their bane.

But... they’ll be missed.
