Lemar...

is the special guest performer in a major national touring show celebrating some of the greatest music of all time that will shake you to your soul. Having entertained thousands of fans across the country, the Soul Legends tour will once again embark with a full live band and a cast of electrifying performers, beginning in Wolverhampton in January, and taking in 11 dates across the country (River Deep, Mountain High!) before finishing at the Theatre Royal in Brighton in June. Soul Legends will relive the greatest artists of all time, from soul’s 60s origins to present day, via dips into 70s and 80s disco and pop, including classics from the likes of Barry White, George Benson, Michael Jackson, Earth Wind & Fire, Lionel Richie & more. Audiences will be treated to “soulsational” awe-inspiring anthems including ‘Respect’, ‘Ain’t Nobody’, ‘Knock On Wood’, ‘Beat It’ and many more instantly recognisable hits. Two-time BRIT Award and three-time MOBO Award winner Lemar features as a very special guest for the show, taking you through his very own soul-infused repertoire that has seen him sell over two million albums, including tracks such as ‘Dance (With You)’, ‘If There’s Any Justice’, ‘It’s Not That Easy’, and ‘If She Knew’.

Soul Legends, Featuring Lemar, Newcastle City Hall, March 2. Tickets are available from venue box offices and https://entertainers.co.uk/show/soul-legends

Phil Tufnell...

brings his ever-popular live show An Evening With Aggers & Tuffers to York's Grand Opera House in September. From their first Evening With Aggers and Tuffers in 2016, they were an immediate hit with cricket fans and non-lovers of the game alike and have gone on to sell out theatres all over the country. Tuffers was the bad boy of English cricket in the 1990s, but the best spinner - left-arm or otherwise - as well. Known as The Cat because of his love of dressing-room naps and, rarely seen without a beer and a fag, Tufnell has always been something of a folk hero. Since retiring, he has carved out a successful TV career, appearing in I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, The Jump, Strictly Come Dancing, and he is Matt Dawson’s opposing team captain in BBC’s long-running series A Question of Sport. This is a fascinating, entertaining, no-holds-barred evening and you can tweet Aggers with your own questions. The event is being run in aid of the Professional Cricketers’ Association and we raise money from the evening which goes to the organisation’s Benevolent Fund.
