THIS release marks Tim McGraw’s first visit to the UK, although he did enjoy a number one record, called Over and Over with Nelly, in 2005 and has had successful nationwide airplays with the song Me and Tenessee, on which he duetted with Gwyneth Paltrow.

No doubt his visit to the C2C Country to Country Festival, held at the 02 Arena, will have gained McGraw more fans. He has now sold more than 40 million albums, clocked up 33 number ones and won three Grammy, 14 Academy of Country and 12 Country Music Association Awards.

The new album has already notched up another number one single, with One Of Those Nights.

The overall sound covers commercial country with a traditional flavouring, plus hints of everything from rock to hip-hop to bluegrass. A bonus track, Highway Don’t Care, features Taylor Swift and Keith Urban.

Once again an absolute ‘crackin’ release. You can have a sneak preview as I’ll be playing three tracks from Saturday on The American Connection Music Show.
