WE have been asked to point out that defendant Douglas Hodgson, 29, who was jailed for six years and four months after admitting a charge of rape, at Durham Crown Court, has been living at Mainsforth Rise, Ferryhill, and not in Newton Aycliffe, as was reported on Monday.
The previous address was supplied to The Northern Echo by the court in good faith.
