NATIONAL commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has made two senior promotions within its Newcastle office.

Graham Oldfield becomes a director after three years with the firm.

Graham, who heads the property management team in Newcastle, has over has over 25 years experience in all aspects of asset and operational commercial property management, acting on behalf of clients such as City & Northern, Mapeley, Kwik Fit, Henderson and The Coal Authority.

He is also a RICS-registered property receiver.

Richard Mordain has been promoted to associate director within the firm’s Professional team, specialising in valuations for both loan security and asset purposes.

Since joining LSH in 2007, Richard has worked with a range of clients, from Middlesbrough Primary Care Trust and North Tyneside Council to major lending institutions such as Santander and large corporate manufacturers, such as Nissan.
